The present study deals with application of the nursing consultation in the field of the primary health care in of Londrina - Paraná, The results obtained pointed out that, al though perceiving lire necessity of this activity (85,7%), and enumerating many advantages, only 19,0% of nurses arc using (tin their professional experience.
