A aderência dos sistemas informatizados de gestão arquivística de documentos ao e-Arq Brasil: o caso de empresas em Florianópolis

Abstract

Objective: The study seeks to use the Requirements Model for Computerized Document Management Systems to analyze computerized document management systems in companies in the city of Florianópolis. The specific objectives are to study e-ARQ Brazil and understand its guidelines, specifications, requirements, conceptual basis and its application; to understand the concepts of document, its characteristics and its types of support; to verify the application of these regulations by companies; to propose procedures to improve the application of e-Arq version 2 in companies.
Methodology: This research is qualitative in nature, with bibliographic research procedures, for its basis, documentary research, since it uses a normative document of the National Council of Archives and a case study for the application of the study, with a form being applied to analyze the adequacy of e-Arq.
Results: It was observed that none of the companies had a computerized document management system, other storage methods were used, such as shared folders and cloud storage services. Despite not having information management systems, the companies presented favorable results regarding the adequacy to the requirements model of computerized document management systems.
Conclusions: It was recommended that the companies implement information management systems, focusing on open software, in order to avoid interoperability and access problems, as well as collaboration between document management and information technology professionals for the implementation of this system.
