One of the bases for the establishment of a common market between countries from the South America is lined in the liberty of circulation of property or productive factors. The present work, that studies the installment of service in the States of the Common Market of the South (MERCOSUL), analyzing the similitude and differences in the legislation of each member of the economical block.
