Abstract

This essay focuses on the brand-new Biolaw and its close links with Bioethics, considering the necessary intervention of law in the fields of Biotechnologies and Bioethics. It approaches, firstly, the grounds of conceptual textures, in a quite inedited way, expressing, right after, original standpoints in favour of Biolaw.
