University professionals, who manage educational processes, are aware that the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have a significant impact on the development of the student's teaching-learning process. Technologies collaborate strengthening life and work skills required by the organizations in which they will work or in accomplishments, they will achieve. Therefore, introducing into the information culture must be constant, regardless of the education level, groundwork area or education. The students should be trained, considering curricular structures within the methodological and practical aspects of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) such as computer tools, provided as a new culture. This is necessary to understand its main aspects: knowledge and use, in order to understand how it is created, stored how it changes, how it is transmitted, and how to access the information. To achieve this task, in today's, National University of Costa Rica campus, professors and students, have the use of one of the most pioneering tools that have given to this practical experience a valuable contribution to the teaching and learning processes, such is the case of the "Virtual Classroom" computer platform. Created with the purpose of encouraging technology interactive communication spaces for proper use of time, space and support the proposed approach to the subject in the curriculum of the courses in their different careers provided in this University.Downloads
