Abstract

This review aims to present the ideas and thesis defended in the book "Agrarian Law in the 30 Years of the 1988 Constitution," more specifically chapter 6 entitled "Constitutional Right to Food," written by lawyer Cristiane Moreira Rossoni, where the dissertation addresses the historical context of the right to food, subsequently the Brazilian scenario and the state's obligation regarding quality food, as well as food security, organic production, and support for family farming.
